International Subaru Orland Park is seeking motivated, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to launch a lucrative career in automotive sales, we provide the tools, training, and inventory to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations
- Follow up with prospects and previous clients
- Work closely with finance and management to close deals
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and manufacturer programs

- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Sales experience preferred but not required
