Product Marketing Lead — GTM & Growth (Banking)

Business First Bank

Baton Rouge, LA

Business First Bank seeks a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to own GTM strategy and execution for new product launches and pricing, coordinating across consumer and commercial banking. You will define objectives, segmentation, and messaging with Product Management and Marketing leadership, while ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will manage a calendar aligned with enterprise planning, measure campaign performance, and translate complex product capabilities into compelling client narratives
