The position includes a $3,900 sign‑on bonus paid weekly in $325 increments over the course of twelve weeks of initial training. Sales Role As a full‑time sales representative, you will be trained in all products and deliver interactive sales presentations that teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, and problem solving.
