Assist with processing payroll data, timekeeping records, and employee updates. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation. Support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and system setup. Respond to routine employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies. Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents. Review records for accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information. Coordinate with internal departments to support HR and payroll workflows. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required; additional education in HR, Payroll, business, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Willingness to learn payroll and HR systems and processes. Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with data entry, administrative support, or office coordination. Familiarity with payroll processing or human resources tasks. Comfort working with spreadsheets and HR software. Customer service experience in a professional setting.
