Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Intermediate Care – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Patient ratio 1:4. 91-day assignment with 36 hours of orientation.

• Intermediate Care (IMC/Stepdown) unit with 16 beds providing critical monitoring and advanced nursing care
• Epic charting system for streamlined documentation
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Skills in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia management, ventilated patient care, cardiac drip management, and central line care preferred
• Must complete onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
• Geographic restrictions apply for certain local counties
