Bilingual Construction Project ManagerHouston, TX | Full-TimeA growing residential homebuilder is seeking a Bilingual Construction Project Manager to oversee single-family residential construction projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesManage the construction of multiple single-family residential projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedulesEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standardsWork closely with City of Houston inspectors and permitting departmentsMonitor job site safety and compliance with applicable regulationsTrack project progress and provide regular updates to leadershipReview plans, specifications, budgets, and schedulesMaintain strong relationships with subcontractors, homeowners, and internal team membersAssist with problem-solving and issue resolution throughout the construction processQualificationsProven experience managing single-family residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of City of Houston permits, inspections, codes, and regulationsThorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principlesFamiliarity with quality control and job site safety standardsBilingual in English and Spanish requiredExperience using construction/project management softwareProficient with Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license requiredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related field preferredPMP or similar project management certification is a plusIf you have a successful track record managing residential homebuilding projects and are looking for an opportunity to make an immediate impact with a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you.
