They’re fast, friendly and easy to talk to about anything that sets our guests up for success with their trip. They can anticipate our guests’ needs and provide on-the-spot solutions. Of course, they’ll also help with arrival and departure, from airport transfers to luggage storage. About you... Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus. Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. About us...
