Regional Sales Manager

This role is for someone who thrives on the chase, knows how to open doors, and wants to turn relationships into long-term revenue.



What You'll Do You'll be responsible for generating new business and building a book from the ground up.

• Prospect, develop, and close new shipper relationships across industries
• Sell transportation and logistics solutions including flatbed, brokerage, and specialized freight
• Own your pipeline from first touch through close
• Build and execute a strategic sales plan for your region
• Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
• Stay close to your customers and continuously expand opportunities within each account
• Manage activity, pipeline, and forecasting through CRM
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations

• Consistently bringing in new customers and growing revenue
• Building a strong, active pipeline that converts
• Expanding accounts beyond the initial win
• Becoming a trusted partner to your customers
• Driving results in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

• 2-3+ years of transportation or logistics sales experience
• Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a drive to win
• Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple opportunities
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems
