Executive Area Innovation Manager - GI Genius Sales - Endoscopy (OH, MI, Western PA)

Medtronic seeks an Executive Area Innovation Manager to drive adoption of its AI-powered GI Genius platform across enterprise healthcare systems in Ohio, Michigan, and Western Pennsylvania. This field-based commercial leadership role focuses on enterprise sales, clinical adoption, and long-term customer value realization, requiring significant travel and residency within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve enterprise customer-level adoption and utilization targets for GI Genius AI platform across assigned region
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with healthcare system executives and negotiate enterprise contracts
• Demonstrate clinical evidence and deliver on-site adoption support to ensure physician proficiency and sustained platform utilization
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand installed base penetration and customer lifetime value
• Transfer best practices and product expertise to broader sales organization to drive national scaling

Requirements

• 10+ years sales/clinical experience with high school diploma, or 8+ years with associate's degree, or 6+ years with bachelor's degree
• Commercial leadership presence with ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
• Subject matter expertise in artificial intelligence-enabled endoscopy and Software as a Medical Device
• Enterprise sales experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals across health systems and hospital networks
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% within assigned territory
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical evidence, healthcare economics, and competitive AI adoption dynamics
• Strong CRM proficiency, pipeline management, and sales forecasting capabilities
