You’ll work directly with students, collaborating with faculty and families to promote communication and learning success.

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license required
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning elementary and middle school ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working onsite across multiple locations
• SLPA certifications will not be considered for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students in elementary and middle grades
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans to address communication needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, adapting methods based on individual goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school district guidelines
• Engage with teachers and parents to foster carryover of skills across settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student progress
• Support a positive, inclusive school culture for all learners
