LifeStance Health is immediately hiring part-time and full-time licensed Therapists (LICSW/LMHC) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team. This role can be split between providing integrated behavioral health within a family medicine primary care office and outpatient psychotherapy. It is ideal for clinicians experienced with individuals across the lifespan, utilizing empirically supported treatments, and working in a fast-paced environment. Position highlights: Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within a family medicine office and are key members of primary care teams. Work primarily with pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and mental health concerns, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatments. Perform screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions, and consult regularly with medical professionals.
