Our client is seeking a 2nd–4th year corporate associate with a strong foundation in general corporate and M&A work. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial corporate practice and take on increasing responsibility as the team continues to grow.

The successful candidate will:

• Support partners and senior associates on M&A and general corporate transactions
• 2–4 years of corporate law experience
• Experience with M&A and general corporate transactions
• Assist with drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction management and closings
• Work on a variety of corporate matters, providing exposure to different aspects of the practice
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys while taking increasing ownership of matters
• Have the opportunity to develop alongside a growing corporate team
