About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified CT Tech in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801!

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for a hospital in Asheville, NC.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Tech experience.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification (R).
• BLS certification.
• Demonstrated skills in all areas of CT imaging including diagnostic scans and invasive CT procedures; experience with ED trauma and stroke imaging required.
• Experience using GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution scanners or similar CT equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with Cerner, RadNet, or Phillips PACS preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with invasive CT, cardiac imaging, and venipuncture.
• Experience performing neuro, MSK, body, cardiac, and pediatric imaging.
• Team-player with ability to work independently and self-motivation.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 18:30–07:00.
• Night shift staffing typically 2–3 technologists plus a radiology assistant.
• Possible weekend shifts.
• Possible rotation to other shifts.
• Potential on-call expectation approximately 12 hours per month.
