TRAVEL LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT (LNA) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The LNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract Assignment
• Assignment Length: 14 Weeks
• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• End Date: December 13, 2026

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• Day Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $20.94 - $24.43 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
• Obtain and document vital signs as directed
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• Follow all facility policies, infection prevention protocols, and safety procedures

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 37 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $20.94 - $24.43 per hour
• Day-shift assignment
• 14-week travel contract opportunity
