Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

We're seeking individuals who are tech-savvy, socially connected, and eager to make a meaningful impact. In this role you will build relationships with clients, assist with policy changes, answer coverage questions, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers. Qualifications: Enthusiastic and self-motivated Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts Comfortable using computer systems and agency software Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain) Life and Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain) Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus Responsibilities: Provide prompt, friendly customer service to clients Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations Review existing accounts and identify opportunities to better protect customers Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Support the sales team with customer relationship management This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
