Your responsibilities will include:* Set up and operate all machine shop equipment* Repair and maintain tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, models, instruments, and mechanical parts* Assist with size changeovers to support production requirements* Perform complete machine overhauls as needed* Set dies in machines for production, testing, experimentation, demonstrations, and training* Immediately report accidents, equipment damage, shortages, or any issues that may interrupt operations* Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy* Operate mills, lathes, grinders, and power tools safely and skillfully* Troubleshoot mechanical components of automated production lines* Train and develop working knowledge of mechanical systems and components### **Job Requirements*** Experience working with close tolerances* Proficiency in setting up and operating all standard machine shop equipment* Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, handbooks, equipment manuals, specifications, and related documentation### **Experience & Education*** High School Diploma or equivalent* Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred* Journeyman‑level machinist competency* Completion of a 4‑year machinist apprenticeship or equivalent experience***LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER***The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
