How You'll Make an Impact in This Role This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Ascension Seton Hays is located in the city of Kyle, Texas, a thriving suburb along the Interstate-35 corridor, 20-30 minutes south of Austin. Kyle combines small-city charm with proximity to major urban centers for cultural, entertainment, and professional opportunities. Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes for women at every stage of life. Champion a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach by partnering seamlessly with certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, OB hospitalist, and nursing staff to provide holistic and efficient patient care. Elevate clinical documentation standards by maintaining accurate, timely electronic medical records that reflect the patient's true care journey and support seamless continuity of care. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient safety, enhance clinical cost-effectiveness, and support positive health outcomes within the rapidly growing Kyle community. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
