Summary The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences and supports sales goals in a retail store. The role contributes to a collaborative team environment and represents the brand's customer experience standards. Responsibilities Drive sales by keeping customer needs at the center of daily interactions. Build customer relationships and engage in networking to develop a clientele. Support company initiatives, team training, and new and alternative shopping tools. Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share customer and product feedback with management. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers. Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
