Job Overview: We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental family. Our hygienists work a flexible four-day week schedule on a Tuesday through Friday rotation with consistent office hours. Pay $40~$50 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensed dental hygienist Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist licensure. Anesthesiology license required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and caring personality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Entry-level hygienists welcome to apply. Job Description Perform professional dental cleanings and prophylaxis on patients. Administer local anesthesia and sedation as per licensure. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-procedure instructions. Utilize and maintain dental instruments, including CO2 Laser technology (preferred). Document patient history, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately in dental records. Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop comprehensive care plans. Maintain compliance with safety and infection control policies. Participate actively in continuing education and professional development.
