Shift Leader – Noah’s New York Bagels Join our team in Danville, CA as a Shift Leader at Noah’s New York Bagels. We serve fresh bagels, smiles, and the right amount of chutzpah since 1989. Our stores close at 2p.m., so you’ll never miss that dance recital or once‑in‑a‑lifetime concert. Responsibilities - Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. - Open and close the store with little to no supervision. - Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. - Coach team members when needed and set morale and tone of the team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18years or older. Ability to work varied hours and days, including early hours (as early as 3a.m.) and weekends. Pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training. Valid state‑issued driver’s license preferred (required at specific locations). Benefits Flexible schedule. Paid time off after 90days of employment. Compensation Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (subject to local and state minimum wage regulations).
