Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Processing repair inductions and closures for TADS/M-TADS assets to be repaired at offsite Depots and/or Suppliers. Processing hardware requests in support of inducted repairs at various off-site repair depots. Managing Kit Deliveries in support of hardware selloff and to meet the Fielding schedule by coordinating with Production and Configuration Data Management teams. Processing obsolete/unrepairable assets for excess/scrap disposition. Overseeing general office operation. Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.

Daily work schedule Tuesday thru Friday 6:30 – 17:00

Required Experience:
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience

Using a forklift and/or pallet stacker, warehousing, operating a box truck (non-CDL) with 40 lbs. lift gate. MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint), Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce. Valid U.S. driver’s license

Desired (not required) Skills:

3-5 years of experience:
Packaging items for shipment to both commercial and military standards, Working in shipping/receiving warehouse operations, Utilizing inventory management software, Understanding of U.S. Army supply operations, Familiarity with Army regulations and Army Supply, Prior military experience, Ability to multitask and establish priorities to meet contractual requirements/metrics. Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment.
