Project Cost Analyst

Job Title
This individual will support a portfolio of utility construction projects ranging from $10K to $1M+ annual spend. They will partner closely with Project Managers, Schedulers, and other Project Controls Analysts to perform cost forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and budget tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of cost analysis/project controls experience
Experience analyzing project costs, journals, and variances
Strong forecasting skills (actual vs. forecast/project baseline)
Experience supporting multiple construction or capital projects simultaneously
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
EcoSys Maximo MS Project, Primavera, PeopleSoft, Passport, Business Objects, Prolog, Visio, Access
PMI or AACE certifications (PMP, CAPM, CCP, PSP, EVP, etc.)
