Compensation

Travel Rate:

Taxable Base Pay: $16.00/hr. W-2
Weekly Stipend: $1,500/week
Stipend applies to 36-40 hours worked; hours below 36 are prorated.
Regular weekly compensation: $2,076+ , depending on hours and applicable stipend

Overtime:

$64.00/hr. W-2 for applicable overtime hours

Alternative Rate:

$54.00/hr. W-2
OT: $81.00/hr. W-2

Schedule

The facility follows a 3-3 rotation. The work week runs Sunday through Saturday.

Week 1: Monday or Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Or vice versa - NO EXCEPTIONS

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time day shift position at a mental health facility in Tennessee. This role involves providing quality patient care, administering medications, and supporting emergency response procedures in a clinical setting.

Shift Details:

Shift Timing: 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Hours/Day: 12.5 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Evaluate medication effectiveness and identify potential side effects
Perform BLS, CPR , and other emergency interventions as required
Participate in emergency response situations
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Deliver compassionate care in a mental health setting

Minimum Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee OR
Compact license under Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
One (1) year of RN experience OR
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- OR diploma in nursing from an accredited school
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A valid driver's license may be required
