Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CF supervision
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Compassion for students with diverse backgrounds and speech/language needs
- Ability to adapt intervention strategies for various age groups
What You'll Do:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for students in group or one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with all district policies
