Supply Chain Associate

Operations & Logistics Associate

Seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support day-to-day operations, logistics coordination, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a fully remote role offering strong visibility across multiple business functions and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Monitor orders and resolve operational issues proactively
• Partner with internal teams to support business objectives
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support special projects and operational initiatives

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
