Outside Sales Representative

Job Description Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. Analyze market potential and develop solutions tailored to customer needs. Provide accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets. Assist in shaping sales and marketing strategies, including new product and service expansions. Represent the company professionally at trade shows and industry events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products, systems, and services. Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. This role will start as an on site / hybrid role for the first 90 days or so then will progress into a remote opportunity once the candidate knows the team and understands the role. Must have reliable transportation since travel is required. Territory includes but is not limited to SE VA / Hampton Roads area. Benefits include: -65% of medical insurance expenses covered

Core hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm This is a commission-eligible role. Compensation will be discussed at the time of offer and structured accordingly. The current pay range is $50k-$120k annually total compensation depending on experience. • Demonstrated success in sales within industrial and electrical sectors
• Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building lasting relationships
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and deliver effective solutions
• Highly self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving sales objectives Strong technical background in electrical systems as a electrical technician, engineer, electrician, panel builder, industrial automation specialist, or related field.
