12 hour shifts 6-6 (day and night available)


2/2/3 schedule


Job Duties:

• Place aluminum into age racks, following proper nesting specs and verify piece counts.

• Inspect material for cut length and other potential defects when racking.

• Ability to cross train in other positions in the department.
• Keep work-space organized and clean, contributing to continuous improvements.

• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met or exceeded on a daily basis.
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
• Report any machinery issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Manufacturing experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred.
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Attend all safety and production trainings.

Essential Physical Functions:

• Ability to work on the production floor with exposure to dust, fumes, odors, loud noise and varying temperatures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.
• Ability to do work requiring standing with frequent stooping, bending, reaching overhead and sufficient manual dexterity to perform all aspects of the job.
• Ability to lift, move parts and equipment up to 100 pounds in a team lift.

Able to work 12 hour shifts primarily standing
