Solutions Architect

Solution ArchitectThe Solution Architect will work with cross-functional team to design and enable efficient delivery of business technology solutions. Some of the responsibilities include:Participate in pre-project meetings to with internal stakeholders, external partner or vendors, gather high level business requirements, developing conceptual diagram, assisting with high level estimates.Understand the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment, and evaluate the impact of changes or additions.Provide business and technical solution recommendations to ensure that the new system or enhancement meets the requirements and can be achieved through high quality deliverables.Provide architecture support for application development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts.Collaborate with external vendors, provide requirements, review vendor deliverables to ensure it meets the business need.Analyze systems and perform usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, maintainability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements.Work closely with the business and development teams to develop road maps for applications, align development plans, and to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure.Monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirementsQualificationsMust have health insurance business knowledge, standards, and protocols (X12 EDI Standards, FHIR)Knowledge in Client Cross business and Bluecard processes preferred.Experience in software architecture or large-scale multi-systems solutions designExperience in business process design and modelingExperience coordinating with external vendors,Analytical mindsetExcellent communication skills8+ years of IT working experienceKnowledge of different technologies, development languages, and proficient with development tools, and IDEs:Java,.NETMulesoft, BiztalkWeb Services and Web APIs (SOAP, RESTful)Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, Mulesoft Anypoint StudioMicrosoft Reporting Services, TableauDatabase queriesGoogle Cloud Platform
