- Leadership and Supervision: Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent performance and high job satisfaction.
- Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, task assignment, and resource allocation.
- Infection Control and Safety: Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols, including maintaining a clean and organized environment, and promoting a culture of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Quality Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to housekeeping processes and procedures, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, dietary, and therapy, to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
- 0 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
