About the Role Join PRO TRUSS & PANEL LLC as a Construction Yard Help in Romulus, MI, where you will play a vital role in supporting our construction operations. Responsibilities Assist in organizing and maintaining the construction yard and materials. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed for projects. Support the team in preparing job sites for construction activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of yard tools and equipment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Participate in inventory management and material tracking. Help with cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment. Must be able to operate hi‑lo. Skytrak experience a bonus. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in construction or yard work is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
