As our Managing DVM, you’ll split your time between clinical duties and leadership responsibilities ( about 90% clinical and 10% admin ), helping to shape the hospital’s future while mentoring a team that shares your commitment to quality and compassion. About Our Hospital: South Belt Animal Hospital provides full-service care including wellness exams, diagnostics, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and in-house lab testing. We are equipped to support high-quality medicine and a great client experience. 4 exam rooms Fully equipped surgical suite with cautery unit Digital radiography Cold laser therapy IDEXX in-house lab Flexible scheduling: No on-call, overnights, or Sundays What We’re Looking For: A strong clinician with a passion for mentorship and leadership A collaborative and team-oriented mindset Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients Strategic thinking to support hospital operations and drive medical excellence Compensation Competitive base salary and production bonuses - NO negative accrual $140,000 - $150,000 starting base salary 22%+ starting production payout Compensation packages are tailored to align with each candidate's education, experience, clinical interests, and goals.
