Whether you're a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 14 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.30/60-day guarantee of $4,000.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan!Continuous free training in sales and leadership.
