How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care by performing rapid patient assessments, implementing critical care plans, and continuously monitoring, recording, and communicating changing patient conditions in a fast-paced ED.
• Serve as the primary care coordinator across multidisciplinary emergency teams to execute physician orders, manage complex treatments, and ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient interventions.
• Manage the entire patient trajectory from initial triage and acute stabilization through to comprehensive discharge planning and coordination with the healthcare team.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Must have one year emergency room nurse experience
