Coaches staff on policies, procedures, protocols, educational programs, and best practices. Contributes to the identification and exploration of innovation opportunities in care delivery models and workflows. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve project objectives with minimal supervision. Implements policies, procedures, and standards with minimal supervision.
