We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our machine shop team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. Responsibilities Accounts payable and accounts receivable Invoicing Processing employee timecards ERP data entry and maintenance Inventory tracking using Excel General office administrative duties Qualifications Strong computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with AP/AR and invoicing preferred ERP experience is a plus Organized, reliable, and able to multitask Pay $16.00–$18.00 per hour Personnel Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
