The responsibility of the OTR Driver is to complete assigned deliveries and pick-ups to and from our customers and vendors in the US and Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Complete assigned deliveries and pick-ups to and from our customers and vendors, using hoists and other devices, in a professional and efficient manner.
2. Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Baxter and DOT
3. Handle hours of service (HOS) using Qualcomm E-log System, MS Word, MS Excel.
4. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service.
5. Follow procedures and align with the standards for Continuous Improvement.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
7. Ability to push and/or pull up to 80 lbs.

What You'll Bring

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a Class A CDL license with a DOT physical, physical ability test (PAT), background check, pre-employment drug screen, and road test
• Current U.S. Passport (or be eligible to acquire one)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
