Schedule:

Day and night shifts available. Day shift includes clinical coordinator support, 6 RNs, 3 techs, and unit secretary. Night shift includes clinical coordinator support, 6 RNs, and 2 techs. Patient ratio 1:6 on a 36-bed unit with 55 team members.

Requirements:

• Active Virginia RN license or compact state license with ability to practice in Virginia
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience with post-operative patient care preferred
• Competency in dressing changes, wound care, and drain management preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
