The Role

We're looking for a motivated In-House Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, present roofing solutions, and close deals — all backed by our in-house lead generation, so you're spending your time selling, not cold prospecting.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present tailored solutions
Guide prospects through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract
Build trust and rapport quickly, representing Allied Exteriors' reputation for quality and honesty
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of your sales pipeline
Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of previous sales experience (roofing, home improvement, or related sales background a plus)
Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on hitting and exceeding goals
Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and personable in front of homeowners
Reliable vehicle
Positive, can-do attitude
