Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Milestone Church, you are enthusiastic about using your creative skills to support our communication efforts. You have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contributing to meaningful projects. You will be responsible for designing and creating assets for a variety of projects that play an important role in supporting the vision of Milestone Church: Reaching People and Building Lives. Core Responsibilities Graphic Design: Create high-quality and visually engaging graphics and visuals for weekend service experiences, social media content, campaigns, web design, and more. Execute design and layout concepts that are clear and concise. Support ministries and campuses with creative requests including signage, branding, and events. Brand Adherence: Ensure all design materials adhere to the established brand guidelines of Milestone Church, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all platforms and campuses. Work closely with the Communications team, other departments, and campuses to understand project requirements and effectively translate concepts into visually appealing designs. Feedback Loops: Embrace feedback from team members and departments to continuously refine and improve designs and deliverables. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines. Professional Growth : Continually study industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design to continuously enhance skills and stay relevant in the field. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. High-capacity, comfortable multi-tasking independently without constant supervision. Ability to work independently, monitor own work for quality, and stay focused in a busy environment. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality. Reliable and dependable in attendance. Ability to deal with change, delays, and unexpected events well. Full understanding and experience with Adobe Software Products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as other design software.
