Travel Coordinator

Ford AV is seeking a highly organized Travel Coordinator to manage all company travel logistics. As part of our Accounting team, you'll be responsible for booking travel including flights, lodging, and transportation while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies. This role involves maintaining accurate travel records, communicating itineraries, and reconciling travel-related expenses. Book travel arrangements for employees (airfare, lodging, car rentals) Research cost-effective options and apply travel rewards Maintain travel logs and communicate itineraries Track receipts and reconcile travel credit card statements Manage vendor relationships with airlines, hotels, and agencies Assist with travel-related expense reporting and reconciliation Qualifications Experience booking corporate travel and negotiating with vendors Experience with accounting and reconciliation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication Proficient typing and 10-key skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
