POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provide administrative, clerical, and billing support to revenue cycle management and operational teams
• Assist with healthcare billing, collections activities, and preparation of documentation for billing, appeals, and reporting
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and records while ensuring accuracy and timely data entry
• Document client interactions and assist with research and issue resolution related to patient and billing inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
• 1+ years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing environment
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, commercial and government payors, and general billing processes preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Notary certification preferred, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is $18-18.50. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
