What You'll Do:

• Prepare high-quality meals using scratch cooking techniques in a high-volume, fine dining environment.

• Follow recipes, production schedules, and food preparation standards established by the Executive Chef.

• Maintain accurate food production records and temperature logs in accordance with company policies and food safety standards.

• Oversee and support kitchen team members during shifts in the absence of the Executive Chef.

• Ensure food quality, consistency, sanitation, and presentation standards are met.

• Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in quality food preparation.

• Experience with scratch cooking in a high-volume, fine dining environment.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other basic computer applications.

• Culinary certification or degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, as well as bending, reaching, and walking throughout the community. Actual pay within the posted range will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable state and local wage laws.
