Job specification

• Serve in a Chief CRNA leadership role with leadership responsibilities integrated into the clinical schedule.
• Provide anesthesia care across a diverse case mix, including orthopedics, GYN, ENT, OB, GI, cath lab, pain management, general surgery, and occasional pediatric ENT cases.
• Practice in an autonomous and supportive environment with a sustainable clinical pace.
• Maintain a weekday schedule of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with a 1:4 beeper call taken from home.
• Practice without high-acuity cardiac, major vascular, or neuro cases.
• Collaborate with corporate clinical leadership to ensure quality anesthesia care and operational efficiency.

Candidate requirements

• Master 's-level nurse anesthesia education required.
• Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks required; additional training support available.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and comfortably within an autonomous practice setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
