Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00 - $22.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 11:15pm

Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.


Long Description

Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Distribution Center Operations

• Accurately picks, packs, and ships customer orders. Performs accurate putaway of inbound shipments.
• Loads and unloads trailers and containers.
• Places appropriate documentation with outbound orders and inbound product per instructions.
• Ensures all compliance requirements and special instructions are met.
• Conducts random quality control audits of inbound and outbound shipment to ensure compliance.
• Complies with all WMS, TMS and RF instructions.
• Completes housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Participates in cycle counting processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Safety

• Operates equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Ensures assigned areas of warehouse are clean and orderly and that inventory is in proper locations.

Quality and Environmental Management Systems

• Actively participates in the Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001-2000) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001).

Relationship Management

• Builds strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives.

Physical Requirements

• Carry/lift loads of Heavy (over 50 pounds)

What You Will Be Doing

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by:

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided)
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Performing putaway of inbound shipments
• Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures
• Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area

What You Will Bring

Your background and experience should include:

• Willingness to learn and work safely
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• No forklift experience required - we will train you

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $22.00 and $22.50/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
