Underwriting new and renewal business, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Senior Underwriter will manage a production team, approve policy changes, and maintain client relationships in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Underwrite new and renewal business while meeting production goals set by management Supervise team communication and ensure compliance with company policies Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and market program products and services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation Five years of experience as an active Underwriter or seven years in the insurance industry Current licensure in relevant areas of insurance Strong knowledge of commercial multi-line underwriting and rating Ability to analyze insurance policies and understand client risk profiles
