Bilingual (Spanish) - Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Remote, located in Arizona. This role supports healthcare customers by handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving issues, and providing guidance. Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions or concerns. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Track all call‑related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide feedback on call issues. Upsell products or services if required. Qualifications Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. 6 months of customer service experience preferred. Over 18 years of age. Ability to type 25 words per minute. High School graduate or GED. Comfort with desktop computer systems. Proven oral and written communication skills. Logical problem‑solving skills. Ability to navigate Windows operating systems. Organization and work prioritization skills. Work from Home Requirements Internet Requirements Minimum download speed of 15.0Mbps. Minimum upload speed of 5.0Mbps. ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Internet connections cannot be satellite, mobile data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN. Proof of internet speed required. Workspace Requirements Clean and quiet workspace. Location Eligible for individuals located in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY.
