Sr. Tax Analyst, Consol, CIP & Controls

Senior Tax Analyst supporting DePuy Synthes' global tax consolidation, capital investment reporting, and internal controls. The role involves tax provision activities, CIP analysis, audit support, and process improvements across multiple locations during a planned business separation.
Responsibilities
- Support global tax consolidation and quarterly/annual tax provision activities
- Analyze Capital Investment Program activity for proper tax treatment and compliance
- Maintain and strengthen tax-related internal controls through documentation and testing
- Prepare and review tax schedules supporting consolidated financial statements
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams on fixed assets and restructuring impacts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- 4–6 years progressive experience in tax, accounting, or financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting, consolidation processes, and internal controls
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting internal and external audits
