Senior Program Manager, NA Capacity Planning

NA Capacity Planning is looking for a highly proficient and motivated Senior Program Manager to be part of the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) team driving 200+ inputs collection across 30+ BRSs while working across 8+ cross-functional teams, program manage the team's Kingpin goal management process, and the Capacity team's operational plans (OP1/OP2) document development process.The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing list and driving strategic reviews such as OP1, OP2, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews with senior leaders. The Senior Program Manager will establish the right framework for program management, to identify the critical path, drive accountability and identify bottlenecks. In this role, they will also work with business stakeholders and internal team members to ensure timelines are met, risks to delivery identified, and resolved. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will be detail-oriented, strive for excellence, and will leverage core program management and business analytics skills alongside experience in communication to drive high impact programs for the business. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
