Serving as a key member of the leadership team, the Development Director oversees all aspects of fundraising, donor stewardship, grant acquisition, and strategic marketing. The ideal candidate will blend a passion for community impact with a sophisticated understanding of donor cultivation, transforming milestones into meaningful, lasting support for the individuals and families we serve. Requirements Education & Training Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, combined with a minimum of three (3) years of management experience. Alternative: Master’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
