Senior Technical Infrastructure. Program Manager, Infrastructure Capacity Management - CDR Execution

You will own the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale — from customer demand signal through manufacturing, shipping, and site landing — ensuring the world's largest cloud network gets built on time. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role where you directly influence whether critical network capacity arrives when customers need it.Key job responsibilitiesWhy this role:You own outcomes, not tasks. When demand shifts, vendors miss, or builds slip, you're the one who finds the path forward.What you'll do:Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams (Bricks, Spines, Loose Gear, Scaling, New DC) from order through site installationOwn stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers — proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations.Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams.Build and maintain mechanisms (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs) that make delivery health visible and actionable.Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through toolingWhat you'll bring:Track record of program-managing complex, multi-stakeholder hardware or infrastructure delivery at scale.Ability to synthesize across data sources and present the "so what" — not just the status.Comfort operating in ambiguity with incomplete information and competing priorities.Strong written communication: you produce artifacts that drive decisions without requiring follow-up questions.Bias toward mechanisms over heroics — you build systems that make the next delivery easier, not just this one.A day in the lifeYour morning starts with a miss that threatens a site deadline — you assess impact and draft the recovery path before your first meeting. We operate at the intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, and network engineering, owning delivery end-to-end from customer order through site landing. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
